If you are not satisfied with our web hosting and server services, you can cancel within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing a reason and receive a full refund of the service fee. in full This guarantee applies to all our individual and corporate customers.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are excluded from the refund scope because they are provided instantly in electronic form or delivered immediately. You will be informed about this during ordering and your approval will be obtained.
- Domain names: Registration, transfer, and renewal transactions are completed at the registry authority at the moment of processing and cannot be reversed.
- SSL certificates and software licenses: They are considered delivered at the moment they are issued or activated.
- Web design services: Work that has been started with your approval is excluded from the refund scope. For cancellations made before work begins, the full amount paid is refunded.

3. Cancellation After 14 Days
After the 14-day period has passed, you can cancel your service at any time from your customer panel. Your cancellation request will be processed as non-renewal of your service at the end of the current billing period; your service will continue uninterrupted until the end of the prepaid period.
