With VDS, processor cores are allocated exclusively to you; neighboring servers' load does not affect your performance. VPS resources are shared; it's more affordable and ideal for test environments and small projects.
When will my server be ready?
After payment is confirmed, your hosting, VDS, and VPS services are set up within 24 hours at the latest; access details are sent to your email address and My Account page. Physical servers are delivered within 24 hours.
Will I have root/admin access on the server? What operating systems are available?
You have full root access (admin on Windows) on VDS and VPS servers. Ubuntu, Debian, and AlmaLinux are installed free of charge; Windows Server is provided with a license fee. You can select the operating system during order placement and request a fresh installation later.
Is there protection against DDoS attacks?
The data center infrastructure where our servers are located has basic-level DDoS protection. If you need specialized protection (for example, for a game server or a project with high-volume attack risk), please contact our support team to discuss a suitable solution together.
