Yes, we transfer your website and emails for free. You just need to open a support ticket after your order. To keep your site accessible during the transfer, we first complete the setup on the new server, then change the routing; it may take a few hours for the domain routing to propagate across the internet.

The Starter plan is sufficient for single-page brochure websites. If you have multiple websites or plan to use corporate email for your company site, the Business plan is appropriate; with annual purchases, you'll receive a free .com.tr domain. For agencies and multi-site structures, we recommend the Professional plan; for high-traffic online stores, the E-commerce plan. If you're unsure, tell us your website type and monthly visitor count, and we'll choose together.

All our web hosting plans include a free SSL certificate that installs automatically. If you want your company name to appear on the certificate (OV) or need the highest trust level for banking or e-commerce (EV), you can check our paid SSL certificates on the SSL page.

First, unlock your domain transfer from your current provider's control panel and obtain your transfer code (EPP/Auth code). Then search for your domain on our Domain page, place a transfer order, and send us the code. The transfer typically completes within a few days; your website and emails continue working during this period. Transfer fees are listed in the table on our Domain page.
