Yes, we transfer your website and emails for free. You just need to open a support ticket after your order. To keep your site accessible during the transfer, we first complete the setup on the new server, then change the routing; it may take a few hours for the domain routing to propagate across the internet.

First, unlock your domain transfer from your current provider's control panel and obtain your transfer code (EPP/Auth code). Then search for your domain on our Domain page, place a transfer order, and send us the code. The transfer typically completes within a few days; your website and emails continue working during this period. Transfer fees are listed in the table on our Domain page.
