Your report must include
- The full URL of the relevant page
- The subject of your complaint (copyright infringement, fraud, malware, illegal content, spam)
- A brief description of the situation and screenshots if available
- Your contact information
- If reporting copyright infringement, a declaration that you are the rights holder
Process
- Your Notification [X] will be reviewed within a business day.
- If necessary, the site owner is asked for an explanation and given a period to correct the issue.
- If the violation is confirmed, the content is removed or the service is suspended.
- You will be notified of the result.
Urgent cases (child exploitation material, active attacks, widespread fraud) are processed with priority and without delay.
Our responsibility as a hosting provider
Çağrı Hosting is a hosting provider under Law No. 5651. It has no obligation to monitor the content it hosts in advance; it applies the procedures provided by the law in accordance with notifications and competent authority decisions.
