2. Basic Characteristics of the Service
The type, package, technical specifications (disk space, traffic, number of email accounts, backup frequency, etc.) and duration of the service you purchased are shown in the order summary.
3. Price and Payment
The total cost of the service including taxes is shown in the order summary. Payment is made via PayTR secure payment infrastructure using credit card, debit card, or other methods presented on the payment screen. For installment payments, the installment difference is shown separately on the payment screen. At the end of the service period, the renewal fee is determined based on the current price on the renewal date and will be notified to you in advance.
4. Performance of Service
Hosting and server services are activated within 24 hours maximum after payment confirmation. Domain operations begin upon payment approval. The delivery time for web design services is specified in the offer or project summary. If the seller fails to provide the service within 30 days, you may terminate the agreement.
5. Duration and Termination of the Agreement
The service is valid for the duration you selected (monthly, yearly, etc.). You can terminate your service at any time from the customer panel. Unrenewed hosting accounts are suspended 3 days after expiration and permanently deleted 30 days after suspension; you will be notified by email before deletion.
6. Right to Withdraw
Sözleşmenin kurulduğu günden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden ve cezai şart ödemeden cayma hakkınız vardır. Cayma bildiriminizi müşteri panelinden, [email protected] adresine e-postayla veya Bulunmamaktadır adresine iletebilirsiniz. Bildiriminiz bize ulaştıktan sonra 14 gün içinde ödediğiniz bedel, kullandığınız ödeme aracına masrafsız olarak iade edilir.
7. Services Not Covered by the Right of Withdrawal
The following services are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal because they are performed or delivered instantly in electronic form:
- Domain registration, transfer, and renewal operations,
- SSL certificates and software licenses,
- For web design services, work started within the withdrawal period with your approval.
By approving the order, you consent to the instant performance of these services and acknowledge that you have no right of withdrawal for these services.
8. Complaints and Objections
Şikâyetlerinizi [email protected] veya 0505 263 66 23 üzerinden iletebilirsiniz. Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetine, bu sınırları aşan uyuşmazlıklarda ise arabuluculuk sürecinin ardından Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurabilirsiniz.
