This page contains the technical limits referenced in section 4 of the Terms of Service and Use. Our goal is to ensure that no customer on a shared server affects others' speed and accessibility.
1. Why are there limits?
On shared hosting, multiple sites share a server's processor, memory, and disk resources. If a single site consumes resources, it slows down other sites on the same server. These limits ensure everyone gets a fair share.
2. Package features
| Feature | Starter | Corporate | Professional | E-Commerce |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly fee (VAT excluded) | 59 ₺ | 119 ₺ | 199 ₺ | 329 ₺ |

| Monthly traffic | Unlimited* | Unlimited* | Unlimited* | Unlimited* |
| Backup | Daily | Daily | Daily | Daily |
| Backup retention | 7 days | 7 days | 7 days | 7 days |

3. What does "unlimited" mean?
For features marked with an asterisk (*), "unlimited" means normal, everyday use of a typical website . We don't apply a predetermined limit; however, if an account's usage reaches a level that negatively impacts other customers on the shared server, the fair use limits below apply.
In practice, this means: a regular information site, blog, or small-scale e-commerce store will never hit a limit. Usage that reaches limits typically involves file storage, video distribution, crypto mining, or resource-intensive applications unsuitable for shared hosting. These are already excluded in section 6.
4. Shared server fair use limits
The limits below apply to all shared hosting packages. These values are the actual limits defined in our hosting panel and will be updated on this page if they change.
| Resource | Limit | Description |
|---|---|---|
| CPU (Processor) | [X]% (1 core equivalent) | Temporary spikes are tolerated; sustained overages are throttled |
| Memory (RAM) | [X] MB | Concurrent usage per site |
| Concurrent processes | [X] | Number of running PHP processes at once |
| Input/Output (I/O) | [X] MB/s | Disk read-write speed |
| Concurrent connections | [X] | Open connections at once |
| File count (inode) | [X] | Total files and folders in account |
| Cron job | Minimum [X] per minute | More frequent execution increases server load |
| Hourly email | 200 | Spam prevention (see section 5) |
| Recipients per send | [X] | Maximum recipients per email |
| Database size | [X] MB | Per database |
5. Email sending rules
- Hourly sending limit: 200 emails.
- Bulk emails (newsletters, campaigns) should not be sent through shared hosting. We recommend using a dedicated email sending service instead; you won't hit limits and your emails won't end up in spam folders.
- Your recipient lists must have explicit consent. Unauthorized sending can result in our server being blacklisted and all our customers' emails being blocked. For this reason, service is directly suspended in case of violations.
- Every message must include an unsubscribe link.
- If you are sending commercial messages, you must be registered with İYS.
6. Unsuitable uses on shared hosting
You need a dedicated server (VDS/VPS) for the following:
- Cryptocurrency mining (not accepted in any package)
- File storage, backup storage, or torrent usage
- Heavy video or audio streaming
- Proxy, VPN, or anonymization services
- Applications requiring intensive background processing
- Using files unrelated to your own content on external sites (hotlinking)
7. What happens when limits are exceeded?
We warn first, we don't shut down:
- Notification. We notify you by email that your account is straining the limits. Most often the cause is an unoptimized plugin or query; we'll look into it together.
- Grace period. We give you reasonable time to fix or upgrade your package.
- Throttling. If no solution is found, the account is temporarily throttled; your site won't go down, it will just slow down.
- Suspension. Only applied in severe and ongoing cases affecting the entire server.
In cases of active attack, widespread spam, and cryptocurrency mining, we may intervene without prior notice to protect other customers.
8. Tips to lighten your site
- Delete unused plugins and themes; disabling them is not enough.
- Use a caching plugin.
- Resize images before uploading and convert them to WebP format.
- Clean your database regularly (old revisions, spam comments).
- Keep WordPress, plugins, and themes up to date; outdated software both slows you down and creates security vulnerabilities.
If you're stuck, contact our support team and let's find together what point is causing the load.
