This document establishes the rules governing the use of hosting, server, domain name, and related services provided by BARIŞ ÇAĞRI GÜÇ ("Çağrı Hosting"). It is an integral part of the Distance Service Sales Agreement. By using the Service, you accept these rules.
1. Definitions
Customer: Any natural or legal person who purchases the Service.
Account: Hosting, server, or panel access provided to the Customer.
Content: Any data, files, software, and publications hosted on the Service by the Customer or end users.
Shared Server: A hosting environment where multiple customers share resources.
2. Account Security
2.1. The Customer is responsible for keeping their account password and access credentials confidential. All actions performed from the account are considered to be performed by the Customer.
2.2. The Customer is strongly advised to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication in the customer panel.

2.4. Under no circumstances will Çağrı Hosting request your password via email, phone, or social media. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported.
3. Prohibited Content and Uses
The following are strictly prohibited on the Service:
3.1. Illegal Content
- Any material related to child sexual abuse (the account will be closed without notice and reported to competent authorities),
- Publications belonging to terrorist organizations or inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination,
- Content constituting a crime under the Turkish Penal Code and Law No. 5651,
- Materials infringing copyright, trademark, or patent rights,
- Unauthorized disclosure of personal data,
- Illegal gambling, betting, and lottery sites,
- Sale of prescription drugs, narcotics, or counterfeit products,
- Fraudulent pages (phishing) and counterfeit websites.
3.2. Malware and Attack Tools
- Hosting or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware,
- Running web shells, attack tools, password crackers, or botnet control panels,
- Unauthorized access, scanning, denial of service (DoS/DDoS), or brute force attacks on other systems,
- Running open resolver/relay services that would turn the server into an attack tool.
3.3. Spam and Bulk Email
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam),
- Using purchased or unlawfully compiled email lists,
- Concealing or spoofing sender information,
- Sending commercial electronic messages contrary to Law No. 6563 and IYS rules.
Bulk email sending is only permitted when recipients have given explicit consent and each message includes an unsubscribe option. The hourly sending limit on shared servers is 200 emails.
3.4. Resource Abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar activities creating heavy processing loads,
- Using shared servers for file storage, backup repositories, or torrent tracking,
- Heavy media distribution unrelated to the site's own content (including hotlinking),
- Running proxy, VPN, or anonymization services (separately evaluated for dedicated server packages).
4. Fair Use and Resource Limits
4.1. Package disk space, traffic, email accounts, and database limits are specified in the package descriptions.
4.2. On shared servers, technical limits are applied to CPU, memory, concurrent processes, and input/output usage to maintain service quality for other customers. Current limits are Resource Limits and Fair Use published at the following address.
4.3. Disk space, traffic, and email accounts offered as "unlimited" in our package descriptions refer to normal usage of a typical website and are subject to the fair use limits in this clause. If an account's usage reaches a level that negatively affects other customers on the shared server, the technical limits in clause 4.2 will be applied. 4.4. If an account consistently exceeds limits, Çağrı Hosting will inform the Customer and recommend a package upgrade. If the Customer does not resolve the issue within a reasonable time, the service may be restricted.
5. Backup
5.1. Çağrı Hosting regularly backs up hosting accounts. Backup frequency and retention period are specified in the package features.
5.2. These backups are a precaution against infrastructure-related issues and do not replace a complete backup service for the Customer. It is strongly recommended that the Customer maintain an independent copy of their own data.
5.3. Restoration requests from backups due to data loss caused by the Customer's own errors [FREE / X TL] are provided.
6. Service Continuity and Maintenance
6.1. Çağrı Hosting exercises reasonable care to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. [IF SLA COMMITMENT EXISTS: Annual uptime guarantee and credit/refund conditions applicable if the guarantee is not met should be written here. Do not write a rate you cannot actually provide.]
6.2. Planned maintenance work is performed during low-traffic hours whenever possible and is announced in advance.
6.3. In emergency situations such as security vulnerabilities, attacks, or hardware failures, intervention may be performed without prior notification.
7. Security Measures and Monitoring
7.1. Çağrı Hosting processes server and web access logs (IP address, request information, timestamp) to ensure infrastructure security and monitors for attack indicators through automated systems.
7.2. This monitoring is not intended to read or examine the content hosted on the Customer's site. Content is accessed only upon the Customer's request, in case of necessary technical intervention, or when legally required.
7.3. Access deemed as attacks may be automatically blocked. When an accidentally blocked access is reported via support ticket, it is promptly investigated.
7.4. Personal data processed in this scope is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice at /information/kvkk-privacy-notice and is deleted after 90 days.
8. Abuse Reporting and Suspension
8.1. Abuse notifications can be sent to [ABUSE EMAIL] can be made to the address.
8.2. Upon violation of these terms, Çağrı Hosting applies the following steps based on the severity of the violation:
- Notify the Customer and provide reasonable time to remedy,
- Temporarily suspend the relevant content or service if necessary,
- Terminate the service in case of severe and repeated violations.
8.3. In urgent situations such as child exploitation material, active attacks, widespread spam, and authorized authority decisions, suspension may be applied without prior notification.
8.4. No refund is provided for unused time in services terminated due to violation of these terms.
9. Hosting Provider Liability
9.1. Çağrı Hosting is a hosting provider under Law No. 5651. It is not obligated to control the hosted content or investigate its legality.
9.2. Upon notification of unlawful content and in accordance with authorized authority decisions, it applies the procedures prescribed by law.
9.3. Traffic information prescribed by law is retained for the specified period.
10. Customer Responsibility
10.1. The Customer is responsible for the content hosted and the actions of third parties using their site.
10.2. The Customer is the data controller for personal data processed on their own site and is responsible for complying with KVKK obligations.
10.3. The Customer is obligated to keep the software they use (WordPress, plugins, themes, etc.) updated. Çağrı Hosting is not responsible for security breaches resulting from outdated software.
10.4. If a claim is made against Çağrı Hosting due to the Customer's conduct contrary to these terms, the Customer agrees to cover any resulting damages.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Çağrı Hosting's liability is limited to, in case of fault and to the extent permitted by law, the amount paid for the relevant service in the last 12 months.
11.2. This limitation does not apply to intent, gross negligence, and rights arising from consumer law.
12. Changes
12.1. If these terms are modified, the current text will be published on this page and significant changes will be notified to Customers by email.
12.2. If the Customer does not accept a significant change made against their interests, they may terminate the contract; in this case, the amount for the unused period will be refunded.
